1C cottage cheese
2C self rising flour
2 onions
2 T Olive oil
1T minced garlic
2 C beef stock
1T Worcestershire sauce
1T red wine
4 oz roast beef
4 oz gruyere cheese

1. Saute onions in oil until caramelized. Set aside.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth, add 1C flour, mix until sticky dough forms.
3. Turn dough out onto well floured surface and roll into pie crust.
4. Bake crust 20 min @ 375°.
5. Puree onions into paste. Spread over crust.
6. Bring broth, wine and Worcestershire to boil, add beef. Simmer 2 min. Remove beef and shred.
7. Place beef and gruyere onto crust and bake 10 min.
Serve with reserved stock,
