Here is official proof that IRS Taxes are voluntary and the US Government funds itself from the "unconstitutional" creation of fiat money, not revenue from IRS taxes.

Grace Commission Report auditing the IRS proves that _"[...] all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services that taxpayers expect from their government."_

Stephanie Kelton's TED Talk documents that even "transfer payments" are not funded with taxpayer money.

"Voluntary Compliance" does not mean we that "if we do not volunteer then we are *not* in compliance."

"Voluntary Compliance" means that we volunteer to make IRS taxes compulsory and mandatory. If we do not volunteer, then IRS taxes are not mandatory and there is no need to comply.

IRS taxes are NOT compulsory because IRS taxes are voluntary. We volunteer to make IRS taxes mandatory. Joe Banister, Tommy Cryer, Vernice Kuglin, and others have one their court cases against the IRS proving that IRS Taxes are voluntary for most Americans.

IRS taxes are compulsory for Federal Employees (and District of Columbia "residents"). Federal Employees are "internal", DC Residents are "internal." Having/Using a Social Security Number makes us part of the Federal Civil Service as "US Businesses" acting as subcontractors of the IRS for ALL work/employment. That's what the W-4 is... a Federal employee being subcontracted to the business we think we are working for; when we are working for the Federal Government and IRS (as a "Withholding Agent).

A "US Citizen" is a "US business", defined in 15 USC §4724 (e)(1)(A)(https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/15/4724) and has nothing to do with being a "citizen of the United States" (defined in the US Constitution). A "US Citizen" is a TRADE SHOW and has nothing to do with being "An American."
