Colossians Chapter Two by Paige Coffey

In chapter two of Colossians, Paul is telling them that he wants them to be encouraged and have complete understanding in the knowledge and wisdom of God’s mystery which is Christ who is in us. Paul is warning them against deception that sounds reasonable, philosophy, and empty deceit based on elements of the world rather than Christ. He then affirms that they are filled with Christ and that Christ is head over every ruler and authority. He goes on to remind them of what was done for them at the cross, stating how Christ triumphed over the rulers and authorities, disgracing them publicly.
