Added 3 blue cores to the Oxpecker build and it feels much more sturdy. Still, I'm not convinced Oxpecker is better than a Vector -- even if you're using it to stand toe-to-toe with an enemy. Might try adding in 2 more blue cores. Activities included Invaded Viewpoint Museum and Navy Plaza control point.
