The Lexington-Turmoil-Momentum combo shined at places in this mission. In conclusion, I don't think the ACS-12 shotgun is needed at all to level up Momentum (and thus get an invincible shield)(. What IS needed are convenient clusters of enemies, and this mission had many of them. I bet Chatterbox and Vectors are better weapons for exploiting Momentum.

The idea of this build is to use the ACS12 to build up Momentum quickly to get an invincible shield. So far, that idea isn't working well in the open world. Stacking with ACS-12 feels forced and impractical when so many targets are distant.

I've seen other Division 2 players use Turmoil really well, but I haven't yet got the hang of it. It really does seem to nerf my single target damage to the extent where it's causing problems. A full red core build would probably be better with it but a red core build would be dependent on Momentum stacks to get an invincible shield.
