Investigating a Corrupt Court Part 1

Was the Magistrate in this case correct in Law when returning a verdict of guilty "Beyond Reasonable Doubt"?
It is my understanding that some points of law were overlooked, evidence and exhibits presented to the court ignored, and that a set of rules condemned an honest man forcing him to bow to commercial hypocrisy.
