I remain baffled on Trump's condemnation, then appeasement, then condemnation, then appeasement, and then victim blaming on Ukraine, and then appeasement with Poutine again.
I think I've identified two key reasons.
I didn't mention it, but, I think Trump is going through cognitive decline. Not at the same rate as Biden, but, he is, after all, an elderly man.
