Black forest roll: 6 eggs, 100 g sugar, 50 g flour, 2-3 tbsp cocoa, 6 tbsp hot water, pinch of salt, 4 tbsp oil. Filling: 2-3 tbsp spreadable chocolate or cherry jam, 400 g whipping cream, 100 g powder sugar, 1-2 tbsp powder milk. Decorate with chocolate melted and shavings
