Imane Khelif somehow conveniently failed to get his paperwork in for the Eindhoven Box Cup which was supposed to be his first return to international competition before the next Olympics. And the only reason for it is, the fact that he’d had to submit for genetic testing to prove he is a woman with how World Boxing is now requiring it for all boxers.
