Rich Hoffman Derangement Syndrome

I understand Trump Derangement Syndrome personally. I experience the same kind of thing, its a resistance to the Power of Positive Thinking because people like to have problems to hide behind. And they hate people who try to solve them, because if that happens, it will be shown that the people causing the problems are actually not very good people. So they hate it when problems are solved, because they can't hide behind them, what incompetent people they are.
