Hamilton - Not the Musical

Scottish Labour secured a surprise victory in the Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse by-election, defeating the SNP by 602 votes. The result was a major setback for John Swinney, who had confidently predicted Labour could not win. The loss adds to Swinney’s challenges, following his party’s general election defeat last year, where they lost 39 of 48 MPs. Swinney admitted the SNP had not made enough progress. Time for him to go.....AGAIN!
