Strawberry harvest

It is harvest time!
I am back with renewed gardening energy after being away from the garden for over a week.
There is a myriad of jobs to be done in the cottage garden. But the most important one is harvesting. I have spent all this time caring and tending to my plants, so I do not want to miss the short window of time for the best strawberry harvest!
Join me in my vegetable plot as I harvest these red beauties!
It has been a very good, if not the best, year for the strawberries.
A true bumper crop!
From planting them, through weeding and caring for them, to the bounty of nature! That is what gardening is all about!
