Meeting with Donovan in south Tickfaw. Listening on a phone conversation between Pagani and Tommy Marcano in which Tommy tells Pagani to get back to New Bordeaux right away. Donovan's plan is to plant a tracking device on Pagani's car so that when he returns Lincoln can track him down.
The Holland Bros. Shipping & Freight is run by Pops Holland and his son Junior. It's located in Tickfaw Harbor and is the location of the smuggling racket there.
