How to make delicious Trail Mix Cookies

Trail Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Butter, roomtemp
1 Egg, roomtemp
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup Peanut, chopped
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Cranberries

Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt & Cornstarch.
Whisk well, set aside.
Cream together Butter, Sugar & Brown Sugar.
Add Egg and Vanilla.
Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches.
Fold in Walnuts, Chocolate Chips, Peanuts & Cranberries.
Cover with Plastic Wrap.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350°F.
Place spoonfuls of Dough (approx. 30g each) equally 2" apart on prepared Cookie Sheet.
Bake 8-10 Minutes or until lightly golden.
Rest 2-3 Minutes on Sheet.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Makes approx. 24 Trail Mix Cookies.
