I didn't intend for this settlement build episode to be a 3-part series, but with the Mutants pushing up to Startlight enough to start affecting pure water production, we need to get Tuffington Boathouse built up, producing a ton of pure water, shops, and defended to the max. I think this will be a solid settlement and we're likely going to get into a scrap with those mutants. So if we can, we may thin them out at the medical center as well. So let's go building. In the second part of episode 5b, we still have a lot of work to do, but at least Sanctuary is at a base level, with walls, defenses, producing a ton of pure water, shops, and a doctor. Now we turn to Starlight, aiming to be the producer of beef, water, and shops. In this episode 5b Pt1, we need to do a lot of work finishing up Santuary, getting the other settlements up to scratch with water and food prodctions. We need to make more caps and to do that we have get to level 14 and put that perk into the final Local Leader skill, so we can start creating shops in our settlements. Added Settlement Cleanup Mod - Episode 4b: With the absolute disaster in EP4 taking Covenant and having to wipeout the enter population in order to gain control, including the doctor, we're now faced with bigger issues.
