Dear Mr. Raddatz,

I am writing regarding the recent termination of my Meetn account and affiliate status. The purpose of this letter is to clarify the situation and to request an amicable resolution consistent with the service and dedication that I have demonstrated toward the Meetn platform.

Background and Context

I have acted as an active and loyal affiliate of Meetn, having invested considerable time and effort in promoting the platform to potential users. My normal and good-faith process consisted of:

Collecting emails from individuals and sending them Meetn invitations.

Sending them a single email invitation to explore the platform, offering to guide them personally through its features and functions;

Hosting these guests within Meetn rooms, providing personal tours and demonstrations to familiarize them with the service;

Supporting potential users in their decision to adopt the platform.

This behavior aligns with common industry practice for affiliate marketers and was always performed with the intent to bring value and new customers to Meetn.

Misunderstanding and Escalation

The current dispute arose over an apparent misunderstanding regarding the permission process for email invitations.

My approach was to send a single, respectful invitation email, consistent with common business practice and consistent with my role as an affiliate.

It was then suggested that prior permission was required to send the invitation itself, which would in effect require me to send an initial email requesting permission to send an email — an approach that was neither clearly communicated nor standard practice in affiliate marketing.

Rather than resolving this matter through dialogue or clarification, the situation escalated unnecessarily, ultimately resulting in:

My removal from the Meetn platform;

The termination of my admin and host roles;

The possible withholding of my final affiliate earnings;

Damage to the collaborative relationship that had previously existed.

Contributions and Good Faith Efforts

It is important to recognize that I have:

Brought numerous new users and potential customers to Meetn.

Provided dedicated time and personal effort in demonstrating and promoting the platform;

Represented the Meetn brand positively and professionally in my outreach and tours;

Never acted with any intent to harm the platform or violate its core principles;

Conducted myself in good faith as an affiliate, working to advance Meetn’s visibility and customer base.

Request for Resolution

Given the above, I respectfully request the following:

1️⃣ Formal clarification of the specific policy I was alleged to have violated;
2️⃣ Acknowledgment of my contributions as an affiliate partner;
3️⃣ Immediate payment of any and all earned affiliate commissions to date;
4️⃣ A reconsideration of my removal from the platform, or at minimum, a constructive dialogue to bring this matter to an amicable conclusion.
