Lew discusses some bad news related to the four existential crises we are counting on Trump to protect us from, to give us time to organize at the grassroots for the long term salvation of our nation.
The 1st Amendment crisis: Sen. Chuck Grassley informs us 1000 FBI personnel knew about the targeting of traditional Catholics, with no whistleblowers to be found. Can this agency be redeemed?
The immigration crisis: Trump has ordered DHS Secretary Noem to step it up on the deportations, to at least 3000 a day. Do the math, that is not nearly enough.
The potential of WWIII crisis: It looks like someone within our government gave the targeting information to Ukraine to launch drones against a vital segment of Russia’s bomber fleet. Was it Trump? Or who went rogue?
Iran just told our President they will continue to enrich uranium, despite his warnings about that activity. And it looks like China operatives just stole the presidential election in South Korea.
Finally, there is the crass politics around the Big Beautiful Bill, the unwillingness of congressional leadership to make cuts, the need to win the mid-term elections, and the less than noble role of Elon Musk in all this.
