yet when you speak in its defence,
because of course it’s perfect sense,
they say you’re a homophobe.

Miserable Marxists lay down the law;
given half a chance they’d make everybody poor.
All they promote time and again
is weak and wimpy men
and they want everybody to be just like them.

The traditional family makes perfect sense;
it has survived and thrived for a thousand years
yet when you speak in its defence,
the bile and vitriol’s immense:
those loony lefties say you hate queers.

When a man and a woman raise a family
it’s natural and normal, that’s plain enough to see
so don’t you dare speak to me
of all your sick perversity,
for I and many others stand for decency.
