An armed Ukrainian deserter, one of the roughly 50% of Ukrainian servicemen currently absent without leave, opened fire in the center of Kharkiv.

I told you so! When going AWOL from the glorious Ukrainian army, you really shouldn’t take your weapon with you — they’ll hunt you down a lot more aggressively if you do! 😂
