True Nutrition Pudding Bowl with the BodybuildingVegan
I've been making this incredible high-protein vegan pudding bowl daily for months and had to share it with you! After getting tired of watery smoothie bowls that messed with my digestion, I created this thick, satisfying alternative. Using 50g soy protein isolate, frozen berries, coconut yogurt, and my secret ingredient - edamame protein puffs - this bowl packs 52g protein, 7g fat, and 53g carbs.
