Convention of States Will Not “Runaway”

Convention of States Project can save the country by making permanent positive changes such as term limits, fiscal responsibility, and reducing government overreach. This can be done by using Article V of our Constitution, holding a Convention of States, proposing and approving amendments to the Constitution.
A major objection is the fear of a runaway convention. This fear is unfounded and often used as an excuse to prevent a valuable discussion. This video explains why COS cannot damage the Constitution. The Convention of States will improve the Constitution and likely save our country from a fiscal cliff.
