Goldy Brar & 4 Charged by NIA in 2024 Gurugram Twin Bomb Blast Case.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a comprehensive chargesheet against five individuals, including designated Khalistani terrorist Goldy Brar, in connection with the 2024 twin bomb blasts outside two nightclubs in Gurugram, Haryana. The explosions occurred on December 10, 2024, outside the Warehouse Club and Human Club in Sector-29, creating widespread panic. As per the NIA investigation, this attack was part of a larger terror conspiracy orchestrated by the banned outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) to incite communal violence and destabilize peace in Haryana and the surrounding regions.
The accused, including Canada-based Goldy Brar and US-based Randeep Singh alias Randeep Malik, have been charged under multiple stringent laws including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Arms Act, Explosive Substances Act, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). The other three accused — Sachin Taliyan, Ankit, and Bhawish — are currently in custody, while Brar and Malik remain absconding.
The investigation uncovered the terror group's involvement in extortion, terror funding, and illegal arms procurement. Authorities have linked this conspiracy to a broader network involving the Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldy Brar gang and prior attacks in Chandigarh. The NIA continues to investigate the case, with efforts underway to extradite the foreign-based masterminds.
