Depression is a motherf***er.

Every 30 seconds, a man dies by suicide. That’s more than 100 men a day—fathers, brothers, sons.

Men’s mental health is a crisis hidden in plain sight. You can’t see it like a broken leg. There’s no cast or crutches. But it’s there, eating men alive from the inside.

In this raw, unfiltered talk, we dive deep into the dark side of depression, PTSD, and the silent struggles too many men face alone. We talk about:
The staggering statistics — and why they’re even worse than you think.
✅ Why depression hides — and how to recognize it before it’s too late.
✅ The truth about PTSD, veterans, and the unique mental health challenges they face.
✅ Real talk from men who’ve been there — and why we need to show up for each other.

If you’re struggling: You are not alone.

💪 Let’s break the silence. Let’s build a brotherhood that lifts each other up.
