Prof Gloria Moss has a background in industry as a Training and Development Manager, helping organisations become the healthy environments in which people can thrive. She then moved into academia, conducting research on design and whether male and female design creations and preferences differed (is a website created by a man for example likely to look different from that of a woman?). She also researched the pernicious effects of the rampant individualism prevailing in the West as well as a miraculous form of leadership that could revolutionise our world overnight.
She worked as a Professor in a British university for several years, and had over seventy peer review articles and conference papers published along with eight books. She is now Academic Director at Truth University, established to promote Critical and Evidence-based thinking in education, both at school and Higher Education level.
