The Capitol has been dodging this one for yeas and everyone wants to ignore the straightforward truth. The DA’s have hijacked Oklahoma’s criminal justice system. They have taken over most of Oklahoma’s criminal supervision. DA Supervision allows criminals to go unchecked and actually encourages criminals to continue or even expand their criminal behavior. DA’s do this to fund their offices. However, the Appellate Court has already ruled against the DA’s and ruled the $40 fees cannot be used to fund their offices. The court instructed the fees must be used for the actual act of supervision. DA’s have ignored the higher court ruling and continued charging illegal probation fees. JJ contacted the current Attorney General and advised of the DA’s illegal behavior. The AG claimed JJ doesn’t understand the law and DA’s can charge a $40 fee whether DA’s supervise or not. JJ will provide why the AG is completely wrong and reveal how the AG appears to be intentionally allowing the DA’s to fraudulently take illegal supervision fees. This is millions of illegal funds and DA’s fake supervision encourages crime for cash. DA and the AG are willfully, intentionally and knowingly violating the law.
