Harbor Freight ICON Seat Upgrade These Casters Change EVERYTHING! Quick DIY Mod!

Tired of your Harbor Freight ICON shop seat dragging, tipping, or refusing to roll? SAME. 😤

In this video, I show how I finally fixed the biggest flaw with the ICON Professional Adjustable Shop Seat—those awful factory casters. I swapped them out with a set of 5” heavy-duty locking casters from Amazon that roll smoother, quieter, and don’t randomly launch me sideways anymore.

This is a direct bolt-on upgrade (T30 Torx), no modifications needed—and yes, they even lock in place when you don’t want the seat rolling away on you. Bonus: They’re taller, so I even gained a little seat height.
