Learned something Nito (about this boss) Melee only/no damage Gravelord Nito (Dark Souls Remastered)

Turns out, if you kill the skeletons, and then quit out and reload, when you re-enter the boss arena, Nito's health will be back at full, but the skeletons you killed in his arena won't have respawned.
