In this in-depth interview, Pattaya businessman Bryan Flowers discusses his recent acquisition of a formerly abandoned resort in South Pattaya — now the future home of the Rage Kickboxing Academy.

According to Flowers, the property now spans 11.5 rai, significantly larger than his original 2.5 rai acquisition. The site had been left to deteriorate for over six years, with damaged infrastructure, stripped wiring, collapsed roofing, and gutted rooms.
