Rumor: Paapa Essiedu FIRED From Harry Potter Series Following FAN BACKLASH

Rumors are going around that say Paapa Essiedu is not going to be playing the part of Severus Snape in the upcoming Harry Potter series.

So far nothing has been confirmed by Warner Bros. but out of all the casting announcements made so far, the decision to race swap Snape has gotten the most pushback. It’s possible executives behind the series didn’t anticipate this kind of pushback and decided to change course prior to shooting anything. Rowling herself said doesn’t have the power to hire or fire anyone, but Paapa Essiedu has spoken out against the Harry Potter author in the past.
