This video is fresh revelation on how Joel's prophecy on the outpouring of the Spirit was/is prepping the saints for spiritual revival to be then followed by divine judgments. Because the ongoing cycles among YHVH's people of divine revelation of Truth, then apostasy and warning, followed by divine judgment resulting in repentance and deliverance leading to spiritual revival, this is a timely message for our day.
