Where I work

I work in the coating section of a pharmaceutical company, where we apply specialized coatings to tablets and capsules to control their release, protect the active ingredients, and improve their appearance and shelf life. The job requires precision, a good understanding of coating materials and processes, and close adherence to quality and safety standards I need a new job please.

It’s a critical part of the production process because even minor mistakes can lead to product rejection or regulatory issues. Despite the responsibility and the physical demands of the job — long hours on the production floor, exposure to machinery and materials — the compensation is not as competitive as it should be for the level of effort and expertise involved. This can be frustrating, especially given the profitability of the industry but I received little salary am not happy.
