Legend difficulty is crazy with even the random encounter enemies having SO much health for no reason and the unarmed attacks being so weak. I don't mind, it's just weird. Even Komaki-sensei said in the first Kiwami game that combat is designed for weapons and martial arts are for when you don't have a weapon.... Just remembered that. Maybe he's right.
