Gem County couple who strive for organic lifestyle have been DECLINED abatement opt out by GCMAD. No animals, no irrigating, no standing water - period. After spending $1000 attempting to cover their garden and protect it from aerial Naled, the wind destroyed their efforts. Spraying insecticides from airplanes fundamentally changes how they can use their property. Why is it so hard for these seniors to assert their rights in Gem County?
