Aussie Guy Ruins Andy Weir's Short Story "The Egg"

I’m not a short story guy, but Andy Weir’s "The Egg", which I read many years ago, stuck with me. Weir later went on to write The Martian, which led to us sending Matt Damon to Mars. I was going to joke about how we should have left him there, but Matt Damon seems like a good dude, so I won’t do it. Leave him alone.

Anyway, I figured what better way to pay tribute to Andy Weir’s sticky story than by ruining it with my own dreadful narration. Oh, what a scandal. Here. We. Go.
