Tequila Lime Shrimp Tacos with Bruce Mitchell on the Blackstone Griddle
Bruce Mitchell's Tequila Lime Shrimp Tacos come together fast but pack serious flavor. With juicy grilled shrimp, zesty lime, and a creamy kick, they’re a crowd-pleaser that'll have everyone asking for seconds.

Ingredients
Pre-shredded slaw mix (optional – used for topping)
8 small tortillas (flour or low-carb preferred)
1 lb small shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Juice of 2 fresh limes
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp honey
1 ½ tbsp tequila lime seasoning (adjust to taste)
Black pepper to taste
Taco ranch dressing (for drizzling)
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
1. Place shrimp in a mixing bowl. Generously season with tequila lime seasoning. Toss well to coat evenly.
2. In a separate bowl, mix: mayo, lime juice, black pepper, and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
3. Heat a griddle or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2–3 mins per side. While cooking, squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp.
4. Toss the tortillas on the griddle just until warmed and slightly toasted.
5. Lay out the tortillas and fill each one with a generous scoop of shrimp. Add slaw (if desired) on top. Drizzle with taco ranch dressing. Sprinkle more tequila lime seasoning and fresh chopped cilantro over each taco.
