Constitutional Crisis

Most people believe that if you’re having problems with your co-parent, you can just go to court or call law enforcement—and it’ll all be fixed.
But that’s a false narrative. And it’s putting lives at risk.

💬 These assumptions are dangerous.
⚠️ The system is not working the way people think it is.
👶 Our kids, grandkids, and future generations deserve better.

We need all hands on deck to share these stories and change public understanding. Because if we want real change, the public has to know what’s really happening.

No big-money lobbyists are coming to save our families. It’s up to us.
Two little boys.
Two shattered families.
Two preventable Florida tragedies.
One broken system that failed them both.

💔 Greyson’s mom did everything right. She begged law enforcement for help. She filed emergency motions. She warned that something terrible could happen.

Law enforcement called it a "civil matter."
They didn’t follow the law.
They didn’t ask the required questions.
They didn’t investigate.

Twelve hours after the judge denied her motion, Greyson was dead—murdered by his father in a preventable murder-suicide.

💔 Aiden's father, Nick, fought for seven years to see his son. He followed the court orders. His ex did not. She was ordered to return Aiden—and refused.

Law enforcement waited until it was too late.
They found Aiden, his half-sister, and his mother—all dead in another murder-suicide.

These weren’t “custody battles.”
These were crimes.
And our system ignored the law.

🚫 Florida Statute § 787.03 makes it a crime to interfere with custody.
🚫 Statutes require lethality assessments in domestic violence cases.
🚫 The Constitution guarantees *due process and equal protection.*

But when parents report custodial interference or danger to their children, law enforcement shrugs and says “go to family court.”

Children are dying while the system looks away.

This is not a gender issue.
This is a public safety and #constitutional crisis.

📢 So what can YOU do?

➡️ Tag your representative on social media using the @ symbol and tell them:
"I am your constituent. I vote. And I want these laws enforced."

➡️ Go to YouTube, hit “the share arrow,” and copy the link, and paste in the comment section on your rep’s social media posts. Tell them: I'm in your district. These tragedies must stop.

🛑 Enough waiting. Enough excuses.
🛑 Don’t let another child die because no one would listen.
