Rep. Mark Harris accuses Gavin Newsom of exploiting LA riots for 'big media moment’

Representative Mark Harris (R-NC) says California Governor Gavin Newsom is making unwise decisions while Los Angeles breaks out in riots. “If the governor had a lick of sense, he would simply step up and say ‘we’re not going to tolerate this for our own state’ and call [the National Guard] into account himself,” he says. “But instead, he’s wanting to somehow pick a fight with the president, he’s wanting to create some kind of big media moment for himself.”
