Democrats and the media are at it again, supporting violent riots, arson, and attacks on law enforcement in California, while labeling President Trump as authoritarian. Trump’s deployment of the National Guard and Marines to address unrest is appropriate - Eisenhower, Reagan, and Bush all used military forces in crises. These are not mostly peaceful protests, it’s totally violent. These attacks were on federal law enforcement officers. Federal prosecution for assaults on federal officers is supported by 18 USC Section 111.
