Police chase in Ohio ends with rollover crash, arrest

A driver who Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers tried to stop for speeding was allegedly intoxicated and suspected in a hit-and-run.

OSHP said troopers were checking speeds on I-75 in Franklin Township on May 29 at around 6 p.m. when a GMC Envoy sped by doing 82 in a 65 mph zone.

A trooper tried to pull over the driver but they say she refused to stop.

After a few minutes, she went off the right side of the road, overcorrected and rolled a few times before coming to a stop at the median.

A nurse stopped to help while EMS were on their way.

OSHP says Jennifer Wilson was taken to the hospital for minor injuries before being taken to jail.

Wilson was arrested for OVI, failure to comply and operating a vehicle without reasonable control.

Troopers say Wilson had just been involved in a hit-and-run in Montgomery County.
