Liz is a transformation coach who helps former athletes in their 40's break free from all-or-nothing patterns, and to rebuild their strength, energy and confidence through a method she has coined her Strength & Longevity Method.

She spent years chasing performance and perfection. When a debilitating back injury became her reality, she faced a turning point not only her fitness journey, but also in her identity. Liz takes mindset coaching, and combines it with smart, sustainable training, nutrition and recovery strategies to help women reconnect with their bodies and redefine what strength looks like in midlife. Her mission is to make health and fitness more accessible, compassionate and empowering, no matter the age, background and ability.
