From the CIA archives the studying and the planning where all the evils are begin, USA spying satellites are 24 hours seven days a week are taking photos and recording and intercepting otherss' data, and to locate the critical sites and what new changes are going on in every countries both whom are called friends and adversaries,but especially the rising countries whom they are call the adversaries,and they are studying and they have prepared many scenarios how they hit them hard or paralyze them in their critical sites and powers capabilities so as the USA defeat them with less loses, while other countries thinking that there are international laws of the UN and maybe they have also many security and economic agreements with the USA, but the facts are the USA always in plots against the others so they can be always in many steps in advance of the others, when they get in war with them, because they know very well the multipolars world or existing other powers in the world mean less of the USA ,so in the world with multi-powers always end in wars confrontation among the powers with one another one day , no matter how much some have been trying to avoid it.
