HBO accidentally exposes the horrors of abortion

A father is devastated after learning his child was aborted without his knowledge.

We treat human life so callously. We destroy unborn babies without remorse or much more than a passing concern. It is evil and deforms souls.

A view of sex that considers sex trivial also leads to abortion. People have sex without long-lasting commitment, love and fidelity, and openness to life.

The consequence is that any new precious life is seen not as a gift but as a threat—a clump of cells to be destroyed.

When we irreversibly destroy a child’s life, we sin against that child and against God.

May God forgive our callousness and have mercy on us for our bloodshed.
