A spokesman for Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization reaffirmed Tehran’s sovereign authority under international law, stating:

“We have the authority to accept or reject any inspector from the Agency.”

🇮🇷 He clarified that while the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) currently has 125 inspectors operating in Iran, visas for only 6 to 7 were revoked—highlighting Iran’s measured and selective response, not a blanket ban.
