PLUG gives CEO 45 Billion Votes to rig reverse split vote - WHY? On June 6th Plug Power (NSDQ: PLUG) sold one (1) share of a newly created Series F Preferred Stock to it's CEO Andy Marsh for the sum of $1000. That one share was given voting rights of 45 Billion Votes for the sole purpose of voting on Proposal number 3, a reverse split, in PLUG's upcoming shareholder meeting on July 3rd, 2025. Is this legal? What is Blank Check Preferred Stock? Why did PLUG take this action considering the 2023 Delaware DGCL rule updates making approval of reverse splits considerably easier for corporations.
