Property rights. Do they even exist?

So Missouri legislators want to give tax credits to the Royals and Chiefs but don't seem to care that they're taxing Missourians out of their homes. It seems Jefferson City is full of big government Republicans. That seems to be the only explanations. Meanwhile, L.A. riots continue on but their mostly peaceful. Yeah, right.
