The rest who know not God and who do not obey his GOSPEL.

His return brings FLAMING FIRE taking Vengeance on them when the LORD JESUS is REVEALED FROM HEAVEN WITH HIS MIGHTY ANGELS.

To not see this or believe the Word comes with consequences.

Or to tell/preach a alternative story has consequences.
