Meet Sara- She is 26 Years old and grew up in and out of the system. She days the day she turned 18 they were suppose to transition her but they threw her to the streets and she has been homeless ever since, going in 10 years now. She said she got into the wrong crowed out here and got caught doing different activities that had her in and out of jail and prison for the last 5 years.
