How to enable the hidden Group policy editor or gpedit.msc in Windows 10 home or Windows 11 Home editions.
Open up a notepad blank document and copy and paste the text below
(sorry YouTube won't allow the code)

Save the document as Enabler.bat (choose the all files option as shown in the video)
After a short while you will be prompted to press any key to exit.
You should now be able to access the Group Policy Editor or gpedit.msc
