UNDER COERCION AND DURESS : LAW

This doesn’t make any sense because I was brought under coercion and duress. Then blood and urine were drawn under coercion and duress illegally without any paperwork/contracts that I signed. I didn’t sign absolutely nothing and made it very clear I wasn’t going to because I knew someone was setting me up. I was held overnight because they needed to do a revaluation in the coming morning when clearly the lady who was the middle man for the psychologist said I looked okay and competent. I was released after being held overnight because I wrote a statement explaining my situation and why this is likely happening to me even though I was completely able to articulate my speech and mental health in a clear and concise manner. I also mentioned if I wasn’t deemed competent to be discharged after the reevaluation it would be clear that I was absolutely being targeted and being held without any factual evidence or contracts therefore leading me to claim the fabrication of stories by others pertaining to my mental health.
