Kathrine Paulk speaks at the board of supervisors

This video was after months of just sitting in the meetings. This one I put in a request to speak. I noticed the board will not pay attention to the speaker acting thoroughly bored. After we sat for hours hearing about the events they were a part of. The agenda was to allow us to drink water from our waste water without the full process to make sure no e coli etc get into our drinking water. Steve Gallargo gets up and leaves and doesn’t return skipping a meeting.
